What You Will Be Doing
The RAPPS client services team ensure the efficient functioning of our reception areas, provides administrative support the the Subacute medical clinics and community rehabilitation clinicians.
The position facilitates effective communication between the clients and the RAPPS clinicians
What You Need
We anticipate you will have:
- Excellent timely customer service
- Ability and willingness to work across RAPPS sites (Rosebud, Golf Links Rd Frankston and Mornington)
- Experience in customer service in either a community or inpatient setting
- Experience in a range of computer programs including DMR, Cerner, Uniti, Poolcar, Outlook and Word and Excel (desirable)

Desirable: Do you have a sound knowledge of computer systems - including outlook, word, excel and hospital specific systems such as digital medical record, Cerner, IPM, Poolcar etc?
